This 90-minute online workshop analyses the European Commission’s flagship economic policy, the New Industrial Strategy for Europe, and its ramifications for the process of raising and investing capital in the EU. It provides an overview of the Strategy and the latest developments, its implications for EU corporate and financial compliance, specifically the impact on delegation, sub-contracting and outsourcing of financial services and emerging due diligence requirements for supply chains.
