In this exciting position you’ll identify and oversee legal issues concerning our fashion and retail business. You’ll focus on strategic and high-risk topics and set-up relevant workflows and processes. Moreover, you’re responsible for developing solutions to complex legal questions. We also trust you with advising internal executives alongside employees in strategic business areas. Additionally you´ll work closely together with our Legal HQ department.
You are responsible for preparing analyses and solutions for specific legal projects including distribution models, allocation of Intellectual Property rights from research & development projects with third parties and supply chain legal issues.
Your area of responsibility includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing contracts of diverse nature including sales, supply, lease and purchasing. Additionally, you’ll liaise with local counsels on peculiarities of the applicable laws.
PROVISION OF TRAININGS:
You’ll provide trainings on reoccurring legal matters and educate business members to solve minor legal questions autonomously.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
At least 7 years of relevant working experience, either at a law firm or in a legal department at an international company, preferably in the apparel industry;
Strong project management and organisational skills;
Proven contract drafting skills;
Excellent analytical skills;
Accurate, precise and fast style of working;
Self-starter and proactive personality;
Law degree, bar exam, ideally post-graduate degree;
