We’re looking for someone to provide legal support to the business and Legal, Compliance & Enterprise Risk Group teams in the form of more advanced legal research, drafting and reviewing of contracts and other legal documents, developing and maintaining playbooks and guidelines to help business teams more efficiently and effectively prepare contracts and marketing assets. You’ll be tasked with conducting advanced legal research, drafting of legal documents, reviewing commercial contracts and consumer facing marketing materials, and providing practical legal advice. You’re likely to work directly with clients and vendors in this role and develop enterprise-wide guidelines, policies, and procedures.
For this role, we need you to have a Master’s degree in Law or equivalent experience in law. You’ll need relevant experience having worked in corporate legal department or a law firm. You also need demonstrated experience in leading project processes - planning, prioritizing, and reordering workloads in a dynamic environment. You must demonstrate that you can communicate to managers at all levels and offer a consultative approach. The role will handle confidential and sensitive information, therefore someone who can act with discretion is needed. Self-starting, pro-active team-player, with the ability to work independently whenever necessary.
