Following and supervising fast-paced environment in GDPR area Radiometer decided to strengthen Legal Team with an experienced and highly motivated Senior GDPR Project Manager, Legal (f/m/d) position. Role will be located in Stargard in Poland, with a direct report to Vice President Legal, General Counsel in Denmark.

As Legal GDPR project manager with strong stakeholder management skills and experience in driving projects across countries and functions, you will take the lead in ensuring sustainable compliance within data privacy, primarily related to GDPR but potentially also to countries outside Europe.

You will do this by designing/refreshing, project managing, implementing, coordinating and sustaining GDPR/privacy efforts in close collaboration with Global Legal at headquarters in Copenhagen, and interacting with all functions across Radiometer such as HR, IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance etc..

You will be responsible for ensuring roll-out/refreshing and implementation of data privacy and GDPR initiatives, including scoping and driving Radiometer’s upcoming Records Retention Project. Also, you will work to ensure continuous compliance through effective monitoring, follow up, internal auditing and reporting. You will support day-to-day operational matters and answer questions related to GDPR and you will act as sparring partner to your colleagues.

You can expect to be responsible for the following assignments, but will also have the opportunity to shape the future of the position:

  • Scope and act as Project Manager for Radiometer’s upcoming Records Retention Project
  • Implementing/refreshing and maintaining Privacy/GDPR initiatives across sites
  • Contribute to the development of R privacy roadmaps/annual processes and build plans to execute
  • Develop framework and processes to monitor compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Assist Legal colleagues to build action plans to address issues of non-compliance and drive improvements

What we expect from you:

  • MSc in Law, Compliance, Business
  • GDPR knowledge and experience
  • Documented project management skills and experience in global/international companies
  • Experience as an in-house Lawyer responsible for GDPR will be an asset
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient English (must have), other European languages an advantage
  • IT tools (MS Office) with good understanding of IT systems, working with data flow processes and collaborating with IT. Being able to draft presentations in Power Point and work with Excel for action planning
  • Ability and willing to travel up to 25% of working time if needed but is encouraged to be able to build strong relations and collaboration virtually/working remote
