Your responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Legal, advising on all legal matters in the day-to-day management of an Energy and Infrastructure fund, from project acquisition, to development, negotiation of construction and financing agreements and corporate matters;
  • Independently drafting and review of various contracts (e.g. SPA, EPC, O&M, Financing, Development, etc.);
  • Participation in contract negotiations;
  • Analysis of regulatory and permitting matters during the development stage of a project;
  • Corporate housekeeping with regard to project companies (e.g. drafting of minutes, PoAs, acquisition of SPVs, change of directors);
  • Steering of external legal counsels as well as acting as interface between external legal counsels and the business team.

Your qualifications

  • Qualified lawyer in Italy, preferably with knowledge of regulatory law;
  • At least 4-6 years post-qualified experience in the energy and infrastructure sector;
  • Knowledge of corporate law, administrative law and financing;
  • Excellent English skills, further languages (e.g. Spanish or German) are a plus;
  • Highly motivated personality with strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Profound understanding of the commercial aspects of the energy and infrastructure sector as well as of complex structures.
