Managing a department staffed by four people (three lawyers and one paralegal in charge of documentation) whose principal tasks are the following:
Regulatory/taxation (products)/case law/insurance business policy monitoring with a view to limiting and anticipating the risks to which the HSBC Insurance Division and the Group are exposed, capitalising on opportunities for expansion;
Legal and tax advice to the general Management of HSBC Assurances;
Legal and Tax support to the different departments of the insurance business (actuarial, management, sales and marketing, etc.);
Legal and tax assistance in developing the HBCE insurance brokering business (network support, questions associated with the legal aspects of distributing insurance contracts);
Drawing up, editing and monitoring contracts issued by HSBC Assurances Vie (France) from a legal/taxation standpoint;
Managing litigation/pre-litigation associated with contracts issued by HSBC Assurances;
Monitoring the day-to-day activities of HSBC Assurances Vie (France);
Attendance at France Insurers meetings on legal-tax related issues (Legal Affairs Committee, Working Groups), G-11;
Contributing to the Global Insurance Legal management team and community.

Education: master 2 in Insurance/contract law;
Professional Experience: 10 years minimum within an insurance company at a management position.
