Our IP/IT/Tech team assists national and international clients in the public and private sector with intellectual property, unfair competition, e-commerce, and data protection issues as well as with IT and commercial contracts.

Our IP/IT/Tech specialists have a niche expertise in the field of IT outsourcing and cloud computing arrangements in the financial sector, data protection and privacy law, IP licensing and transfers, and telecom and space regulations. Furthermore, this dedicated team actively supports our other practice areas, such as the corporate practice in M&A deals in the technology sector and our banking & finance practice in the field of FinTech.

Your profile

• You have at least 5/6 years of experience with a strong focus on IP/IT/Tech law;
• You hold an EU law degree, LL.M or equivalent in IP/IT/Tech law;
• You have strong analytical and drafting skills, are open-minded, dynamic, and able to work autonomously;
• You like challenges and aspire to progress in a stimulating, energic and powerful working environment;
• You are team-player and have very good communication and interpersonal skills;
• You have a very good command of English.
