We are currently seeking an exceptional Regulatory & Compliance Legal Counsel with expertise in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and medical technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, pharmacovigilance, and medical affairs.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Develop and implement compliance programs.
- Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance and medical affairs regulations.
- Provide legal counsel on a broad range of issues, including risk management and regulatory affairs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Regulatory & Compliance.
- Proven experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and med tech industries.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
