Provide expert legal advice on financial reporting and application of accounting standards to clients
Ensure clients’ compliance with all relevant accounting and financial reporting standards
Advise on the legal aspects of financial statements, audits, and accounting practices
Assist clients in interpreting and applying accounting standards applied in Luxembourg (Lux GAAP, IFRS)
Follow-up on client requests and draft opinions on documents under the supervision of the partner in charge
Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients to discuss their projects
After an initial integration period, you will become increasingly involved in organising work/knowledge sharing

You hold a university degree in law with an in-depth knowledge of contract law and company law, ideally completed by a post-graduate degree in accounting, auditing or tax law
You have gained at least 3 years of experience in national (LUX GAAP, BE GAAP or FR GAAP) and international accounting law (IFRS) in a law, audit, or consulting firm
You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. German would be considered an asset
You possess proven listening skills and analytical rigor which enable you to gain the trust of internal and external actors
You are motivated, dynamic, able to work both independently and in a team, and are eager to develop strong relationships with clients in an international context
You are service orientated and have excellent analytical writing skills
