Commercial lawyer with a strong interest in contract drafting and negotiations and be familiar with large scale IT infrastructure contracts.
Analyzing and advising on all types of legal matters in connection with IT contracts
Negotiating IT contracts as part of a multidisciplinary team
Ability to show integrity under pressure and balance the requirements of different internal and external stakeholders
Problem-solver with an ability to find creative legal solutions to complex issues
Hands on and can-do approach
Agile with a strong sense of ownership and leadership
Strong communication skills and working proficiency (verbal/written) in French and English.

Master of Laws Degree from a French university
At least eight years of relevant professional experience as an in-house lawyer or as an attorney at law from a well-renowned law firm
Experience with negotiating client agreements in the IT sector
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Experience with working in an international team and on English language contracts
Full professional proficiency in French and English (C2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English

Experience with different commodity types in the field of IT transactions (e.g., software, hardware, IT services)
Additional relevant qualifications or local (French) Bar admission would be considered an advantage
