In this role you will
- Provide legal advice across complex and multifaceted legal issues, covering mostly corporate and financial area, including corporate governance topics
- Provide legal advice regarding capital market matters
- Develop and execute legal processes handled by the Huuuge Games’ Legal Department, in particular reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements
- Work with outside counsels in different jurisdictions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Most wanted
- 7 years or more experience in corporate and/or financial area in an international law firm or in-house legal team of an international capital group
- Qualified lawyer (attorney or legal advisor) in Poland
- Fluent in English
- Proficient general legal knowledge
- Able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands
- High degree of independence, initiative, decisiveness and thinking outside the box
- Great team player, dynamic, engaging, and works proactively, having “can do” attitude
- Experience providing practical advice under pressure and prioritizing work
- Right to work in Warsaw
