Legal Counsel (Employment/Commercial)

Main Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on employment-related matters (recruitment, employment contracts, migration-related regulation and etc.);
- Review, draft and negotiate a range of employment-related documents;
- Assist in resolving issues in existing commercial relationships;
- Work with HR and other teams to identify and address relevant legal risks across all relevant jurisdictions where the company operates;
- Collaborate with external counsels on employment and commercial matters;
- Monitor and analyze changes in the law and legal risks;
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with external counterparts, while providing expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Core Requirements
- A lawyer with 3+ years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel;
- Previous experience with and strong knowledge of employment and commercial law;
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English;
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks while working with different teams and deliver practical advice;
- Great time management, and task ownership skills.
