RESPONSIBILITIES

LEGAL ADVICE FOR ENERGY WEAR/MERCHANDISE AND ALPHATAURI

In this exciting role, you’ll identify and oversee legal matters, with an emphasis on strategic and high-risk issues and establish appropriate workflows and processes. You’ll develop solutions for complex legal inquiries. Furthermore, you’ll provide guidance to executives within the organization and collaborate with employees in key business sectors.

CONTRACT HANDLING AND NEGOTIATION

You’ll handle various types of contracts including sales, service, supply, lease and event-related contracts, terms & conditions, and purchasing agreements. Moreover, you’ll assist and advise management during contract negotiations and execution. You’ll also create, update and manage templates. To address specific legal matters and navigate the complexity of relevant laws, you’ll collaborate with external legal advisors.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND LOCAL ADOPTIONS OF POLICIES

You’ll manage a contract management system, including automated approval workflows and document creation processes. You’ll be responsible for the administration and coordination of the local adaption of Red Bull Group policies, directives and compliance guidelines including e.g. GDPR, CSDDD, GPSR and sanction regimes.

IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS

You’ll identify, prepare, analyse and find solutions for legal initiatives. You’ll establish legal e-commerce frameworks and manage the allocation of intellectual property rights, as well as address legal complexities within compliance issues, such as the supply chain compliance. Moreover, you’ll research of complex and unique legal matters affecting the organization and prepare legal groundwork to facilitate decision-making.

PROVISION OF TRAINING

You’ll provide regular trainings on recurring legal matters and empower employees to autonomously address recurrent and minor legal questions.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

  • Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken);
  • Law degree from a recognized University and additional degree in business administration or postgraduate education of advantage;
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience (post-qualification) at a law firm and/or at an international company, preferably in the apparel industry;
  • Profound knowledge in civil & commercial laws, e-commerce, consumer protection laws, ESG, compliance, data privacy, contract laws and strong negotiation skills;
  • Experience of working with other jurisdictions, especially EU;
  • Strong project management and organizational skills;
  • Fast learner, hands-on and proactive personality able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a complex environment;
  • Business oriented mindset with the ability to communicate with all levels and non-lawyers.
