We also regularly assist our clients on a wide range of corporate finance, capital markets and contractual aspects.

Your profile

• You have minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, private equity, and/or alternative funds;
• You hold an EU law degree, LL.M or equivalent;
• You have strong analytical and drafting skills, are open-minded, dynamic, and able to work autonomously;
• You like challenges and aspire to progress in a stimulating, energic and powerful working environment;
• You are team-player and have very good communication and interpersonal skills;
• You have a very good command of English and are fluent in French and/or German.
