RESPONSIBILITIES

Your Role:

  • You will manage a portfolio of companies including direct contact with clients;
  • Handle all day-to-day requests in relation to the portfolio including, but not limited to, incorporating companies and private foundations, preparing post incorporation documentation, amending Articles of Incorporation; preparation of powers of attorney, bank and other corporate resolutions and any other documents as may be required from time to time for the review and approval of Management;
  • Perform the duties of Signatory “A”;
  • Carry out marketing activities, mainly among our network of tax advisors and legal firms;
  • Keep the Managing Director abreast of important issues and escalate potential problems;
  • Prepare ad hoc, monthly and annual invoices as required;
  • Store documents, emails and correspondence with clients in View Point Document Manager;
  • Ensure portfolio is compliant with current regulations and works towards keeping up to date Due Diligence as required by Law and the internal policies;
  • Supervise and monitor all legal and accounting matters of the entire portfolio of client structures and in that scope, receive and distribute clients’ requests to staff;
  • Advise staff on correct procedures for carrying out their required functions;
  • Ensure accurate implementation of the procedures relevant to incorporation, amendment to the articles of incorporation, transfer of companies to and from other registered agents, liquidations, mergers, conversions and all other aspects of structures that are part of the client portfolio;
  • Attend weekly Account Managers’ meetings and report on unusual events of and carry out regular account meetings;
  • Monitor the accounts receivables list and deadlines and follow up with clients as necessary;
  • Accurately complete time card on a daily basis and review and approve staff time cards;
  • Monitor staff attendance and time recording on a daily/weekly basis;
  • Review and approve staff vacation ensuring that the account is sufficiently staffed at all times;
  • Manage staff performance and carry out semi-annual appraisals;
  • Identify training needs of staff and inform Managing Director or HR Manager;
  • Any other duties which the organization may require as part of the business of CITCO Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law or Economics and Law (MER);
  • 8-12 years’ experience in the corporate legal industry;
  • Excellent MS Office skills;
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to put forth suggestions for constructive improvement in provision of service;
  • Proven track record in successfully managing teams;
  • Fluency in English and French language.
