About The Role

Our Dispute Resolution team is looking for a Solicitor or Associate to join either our London or Thames Valley office based in Reading. You may be an NQ or a Solicitor / Associate up to 6 years PQE, looking for a new challenge in a growing team.

The team work on commercial disputes and provide valuable advice, spending time gaining knowledge of each clients business and their needs. They work with companies in a range of sectors from construction, sports, and financial or advisory businesses, this can include international and multinational companies, or household names.

What we need you to do:

Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of commercial dispute resolution;
Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within dispute resolution, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge;
Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.

About You

You will need:

NQ-6 years PQE;
A solid grounding in commercial dispute resolution;
An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships;
Excellent technical ability and drafting skills;
To demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills;
To have strong commercial acumen;
To be proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail.
