Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice and support on a variety of corporate legal matters in an international environment;
• Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, purchasing, service and technology licensing agreements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in law.Swiss qualification is a must;
• 3+ year experience as a General Counsel with corporate or commercial law within an in-house or law firm position;
• Strong contracting or corporate legal skills including, but not limited to, data protection;
• Fluency in English; German is a must;
• Ability to take on large international projects.
