For the support of our Sofia team we are looking for a committed attorney with a pronounced economic interest and willingness to deepen their knowledge in the areas of corporate and commercial law as well competition, data protection and regulatory law.

Our requirements:

• Completed law studies with excellent academic record;
• LL.M., MBA, Doctorate or comparable postgraduate studies are an advantage;
• Good knowledge of civil, corporate and contract law;
• At least 2 years of professional experience;
• Technical interest and relevant publications or additional training in the mentioned areas of law are an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Accurate, independent and solution-oriented work;
• Excellent command of English;
• Knowledge of German is an advantage;
• Teamwork.
