JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Land Right Lawyer for Solar Energy, you will work with the project managers in studying the legal feasibility of the different projects and are in charge of law matters.

  • You define the appropriate legal arrangements and ensure their bankability. You draw up the land contracts and negociate their legal aspects;
  • You advise internal departments on land matters in particular in urban planning law, property law, environmental law;
  • You identify and seek external advice on specific subjects in relation to land rights and/or for carrying out contracts audits;
  • You work in close collaboration with the teams based in Rome and Montpellier in carrying out your missions and report to the company (project development manager and legal manager).

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Education: 5 year Degree in Public Law and/or Private Law (land law, property law, real estate law, environmental law);
  • Experience required: 5 years of experience in a legal position, including minimum 2 years experience in the Renewables Energies or notary sector;
  • Desired experience: specialized law firm or notary firm or company developing Renewable Energy projects;
  • Languages ​​required: English C1.
